Welcome back.
We hope you enjoyed the 7-part preliminary video series called “SENTIENT EVOLUTION – EXPLORING NEUROSPIRITUALITY” on the previous page.
If you are serious about transforming every sphere of your life for the better from hereon, whether it’s your professional or private life, Nathan highly recommends that you follow through with the following free courses called “THE SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSES”.
Watch the short video below to get a glimpse of COURSE #1: “THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR BEGINNERS“
This page is the INDEX of ALL “THE SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSES“
There are 5 Courses in total and Nathan’s advice is to start at the very beginning of COURSE #1 exploring just one episode per day and working your way through to the last episode of COURSE #5.
This will give you the best chance to incrementally and methodically build a thorough understanding and experience of this powerful Free Gift to Mankind, that can change your life for the better forever.
COURSE #1: “THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR BEGINNERS“
COURSE #2: “THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR GOING DEEPER“
COURSE #3: “THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR YOUR JOURNEY WITHIN“
COURSE #4: “THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR DEEPENING THE SILENCE WITHIN“
COURSE #5: “THE 24 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR HOW TO EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF THE SPIRIT“
I would like to mention at the outset, so that you are prepared for what’s to come, that these courses are intensive, but at the same time extremely informative and educational on the inner workings of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and if you decide to participate in them you will have a thorough understanding of the complete system, which will benefit you tremendously before taking it further (if you wish).
More importantly they give you an extra-ordinary opportunity to deepen your experience hence hastening your inner transformation.
They are designed to not only awaken your all powerful inner dormant subtle energy within you, but also to strengthen it incrementally with each Episode, thereby allowing you to have profound and meaningful experiences of this meditation first hand for yourself.
That’s why we will continue to encourage you to participate in all 5 courses.
This might sound a bit corny, but we really do unconditionally love everybody on this planet including you, and we therefore want to give everyone who have reached this website (including you), the optimal chance of getting as much as you can in terms of knowledge and experience, and to grasp and realise the absolute huge opportunity the Divine has gifted to us all, by ‘steering’ your attention towards experiencing and benefiting from all five courses on this website.
Yes, we truly and sincerely believe that your coming to this website was not an accident but ‘pre-ordained’, and is truly your destiny.
And because without the knowledge, without the actual experiences, and without getting to a local meeting wherever in the world you live, where you can enjoy the collective experience and meet and buddy up with real, good, genuine, sincere and honest people who are not interested in your money or material possessions, and who have had the good fortune of reaching the ‘point of no return’ just like Nathan has, this Divine free gift to mankind will always remain elusive.
This is the reason for our constant re-affirmation and encouragement for you to proceed further.
We don’t get anything out of your participation, except for the joy of knowing that your life is going to transform for the better just as ours has.
And at least after doing all of the above, you then felt that this is not for you – fair enough – you’ve lost nothing except some of your time, right?
The presenters of these courses are Sahaja Yoga Meditation practitioners for many, many years (some for even several decades) and are very experienced, which means that they are in a position to really help you.
They have put a lot of time and effort to create the comprehensive content that you are about to encounter, and to structure the courses in a pragmatic and methodical way, whilst making it as easy as possible for you to digest.
So as I said earlier, if you are serious about changing every sphere of your life for the better, we highly recommended that you follow along and absorb as much as you can.
As these recordings will always be here, you can also re-visit any of them to reinforce any aspect that does not make sense to you initially.
The aim is to educate you comprehensively on every aspect of this truly amazing self-improvement program, as well as to give you an opportunity to experience every aspect of it for yourself.
Consider it a journey towards a new and not only better version, but most probably the best version of yourself there can ever be.
If you feel at the present time that the courses are too intensive for you, that’s fine, you could find a local centre worldwide and/or meditate online until you are ready. The links are below.
The intention is never to overwhelm you with information which may lead to ‘information overload’, action paralysis and subsequent frustration.
Therefore to avoid this, do participate in the practical exercises within each episode as you go along, without treating the content merely as academic material to be mentally absorbed like a static book or encyclopedia.
Since Sahaja Yoga Meditation is always free, they are all volunteers who have given their time out of unconditional love, dedication and compassion, and simply because they feel immense gratitude for how Sahaja Yoga Meditation has dramatically transformed their lives and filled it with joy, peace, satisfaction, dynamism and much, much more.
They now want to help others achieve the same results, which gives them a real sense of purpose for achieving positive change in the world we all live in.
In these intensive courses, you’ll be guided to attain new levels of self-knowledge and life-changing transformative experiences with Sahaja Yoga Meditation.
Over the coming days and weeks, newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and reach a profound state of inner silence during which time the inner transformation occurs.
We highly recommend that you bookmark this page and come back to it anytime afterwards to re-watch any of the episodes within each course.
IMPORTANT:
We highly recommend that you watch and/or participate in just one episode per day.
That’s because we do not want you to be overwhelmed and suffer from ‘information overload’ as mentioned before.
Try to absorb and experience the positive ‘vibrations’ emitted by the content, in particular by the video exerpt of the founder, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, as well as by the presenters of the courses, and take your time and be patient with your growth.
Just like with using herbal medicine as opposed to harsh allopathic synthetic drugs, this is a natural process that takes regular and consistent daily practice.
Those of us who have got the tremendous benefits that it has to offer have come to consider it a ‘beautiful’ way of life, and we look forward to every new day to continue practising it thereby incrementally improving our lives for the better.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is not about academics or knowledge, but about your experience through regular and consistent practice and how you are feeling and growing within, okay?
It is a living experience and the transformational life changing growth takes place incrementally over time.
However, when you reach what Nathan has described as ‘critical mass – the point of no return’ then your growth is established, and nobody can take it away from you.
Your daily life would thereafter be pure bliss.
Of course in order to maintain your inner balance and growth and blissful life, we also highly recommend the following:
1. Meditate regularly for at least 10 minutes twice a day (first thing in the morning and last thing at night).
2. Do a foot-soak every evening to clear out negativity that you may have absorbed during the course of your day, as well as in your entire life. (You will learn how to perform this technique, and many other techniques for clearing out the negativity within your inner subtle system that is holding you down and preventing you from realising your true potential, in the courses that follow.)
3. Try your utmost best to get to a local meeting to meet, associate, be collective and learn more from regular practitioners. The founder has emphasised that this collective activity is one of the most important pillars to establishing your Self Realisation, going deeper and reaping the tremendous benefits it has to offer you.
TIP FROM NATHAN:
“I’m absolutely overjoyed that you have made it to this point, and are hopefully taking it further.
I personally found it extremely useful to finish The Sahaja Yoga Intensive Meditation Courses that were available at the time (albeit in a different format), simply because since I was already experiencing positive incremental changes within myself, I was eager to learn, experience and start practising at an advanced level fast, in addition to regularly attending my local meeting.
So, I just wanted to say that I highly recommend completing all 5 of THE SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSES on this site, whilst also regularly attending a local meeting (if you can).
This will no doubt help you to reach the ‘point of no return’ in the fastest time possible, so that you can enjoy, be blissful and peaceful each and every day, AND look younger than you actually are, just like me. I have no doubt that it works, and you could say that I am living proof that it works – not only me but thousands of others also”.
Click this link to find a meeting anywhere in the world. If there’s no meeting in your immediate area, then continue meditating online until you are able to get to a local, national or international event. Again as mentioned before, (everything including the local meetings is always free).
Please be aware that the practitioners at the local meeting that you attend might not necessarily be aware of this particular online series of courses or JLARK.TV as there are several initiatives worldwide created by practitioners all designed to promote Sahaja Yoga Meditation. However if you mention you’ve been through the “21 Days Meditation Courses including the follow on Intensive Meditation Courses” they will understand what you mean.
Alternatively, choose any episode of any of the courses and participate as if it were live, including the meditation and exerpt of the lecture given by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
Alternatively as a final course of action, if you cannot find or there is no local meeting where you are, here is just one of the many online Sahaja Yoga Meditation sites, that we recommend, where you can meditate online: WeMeditate.com
You can also learn other aspects of Sahaja Yoga Meditation on the WeMeditate.com site by navigating the links.
Also download the WeMeditate App from the Apple App store or Google Play Store and enjoy Sahaja Yoga Meditation and more on the move.
4. If you’ve taken the opportunity to get to a local meeting, ‘buddy’ up with practitioners from the meeting who have been meditating for some time or who consider themselves as ‘established’ in this meditation.
You will usually find them very friendly, accommodating and will be more than willing to help you on your journey or with any information that you need at any time. Just do not hesitate to ask them.
Most of all ‘stick with it’ simply because Sahaja Yoga Meditation is truly transformational if you are patient, consistent and give it time to work.
Once again welcome and we hope to meet you in person someday, and we are looking forward to hearing about your personal experience and maybe offer some advice if you need it
Please note the following about the recordings:
Since these are recordings of actual live events that already occurred in the past, please be aware that some aspects which are only possible during live sessions are absent, e.g.,
1. The Interactivity Aspects
2. One-on-one Mentoring Sessions
3. Live Q&A’s
4. Live Music
5. Live Footsoak Sessions (You will learn about this clearing technique and many others in the courses)
6. Live Meditation Sessions
7. Live Workshops
8. Breakout Rooms Sessions
9. And finally, any announcements made on the recordings may be outdated or not relevant after the live event.
However, we assure you from past experience, that the recordings work just as well as the live sessions in terms of education, practice and meditation, which is why we have included them on this website.
So, as you experience each episode treat it as if it were live when possible.
Also, note that there will be a slight delay at the beginning of each video recording (because before each live program started, the presenters were waiting for the audience to log in and settle in).
However, there is music to listen to and quotes by the founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi to watch on screen, giving you an opportunity to settle in and get yourself into a meditative state before the program begins (if you wish).
Also, just so you are not alarmed, I want to mention that at the beginning of each video there is a recital of what we call the “Three Maha Mantras” which is invoking and praising the three aspects of the ‘Goddess of the Universe’.
Otherwise you may skip the waiting time at the beginning of each episode, and simply move to the beginning of the actual program beginning (according to the timestamp which are included for most of the recordings for the beginning of each section for every recording) using the video controls.
And you could do the same to move to any section you want to get to (if that’s your desire).
Also, if I were you, I would watch the videos on this website rather than watching them on YouTube (where the recordings actually reside) due to the many distractions and ads on the YouTube page (…just a thought – that is if you feel the same way as I do).
Finally, pay particular attention to and don’t skip watching the short exerpt from a lecture given by the founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi in each video recording, as she emits tremendous positive vibrations, and we have discovered through our own experiences that they can have a positive and mothering effect on your subtle internal spiritual body, and hence your growth.
She is a fountain of spiritual knowledge, Sahaja Yoga Meditation knowledge and mechanics, knowledge about human nature and anatomy in general.
She has not only studied medicine herself, but was also born with natural intuition and vast knowledge on the subject.
Even we are constantly puzzled as to how it’s possible for her knowledge about the subject to be so extremely vast (like a ‘walking encyclopedia’ of knowledge on the subject).
She has also given over 3,500 lectures, including several interviews with members of the international press and media outlets worldwide, as well as prominent figures and leaders worldwide.
You will learn more about her when the time is right for you, as she is a very special person, as we hope you will no doubt learn later when you’re established and have hopefully reached the ‘point of no return’ as Nathan describes it.
(Full acknowledgement is hereby given to the practitioners who painstakingly structured and organised the courses and presented them live online, and subsequently made the recordings available on YouTube.)
Because we don’t want to clutter each page, we will only include one episode per page.
Below you’ll find the links to all the episodes.
When you click the link, that particular episode will open on a new page.
As we mentioned earlier, we highly recommend that you bookmark this page and use it as an index to all the pages, courses and episodes.
We’ll include a button on every subsequent page from hereon with a link back to this page.
TIP FROM ME: Keep an organised diary of the episodes you have watched, the episodes you still have to watch, and the episodes you want to rewatch, and also other notes that you may need to refer to later as this is a truly vast resource.
We hope it eventually all makes sense to you, as our aim is for you to get to the end of all the courses and episodes, because we know that this will give you a thorough and comprehensive understanding and personal experience of every aspect of this unique and transformative meditation practice, as well as the strongest and most beneficial experience you could ever have of Sahaja Yoga Meditation not only as a beginner but thereafter to intermediate and advanced.
More importantly, it will give you the best chance of reaching ‘the point of no return’ (as Nathan describes it) at which time you will reach a state where your life is blissful, joyous, stress free and much more.
Where you take it from there, thereafter, will of course be entirely your decision.
However, if for whatever reason you decide it is not for you, that’s absolutely fine.
The door will always be open and these courses and episodes will always be here if you decide to return to them later.
As the founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi always emphasises, this Self Realisation cannot be forced onto anyone.
Yes, it’s a free gift to mankind from the Divine, BUT every person has to decide whether they want it based on their own free will, and need to have their own pure desire to have it!
She calls this category of people “Seekers of Truth” and also says that this category of people have reached this stage of seeking the truth through their own individual evolution.
We sincerely hope that having reached this far and hopefully ready to go even further, you are one of them/us.
THE INDEX OF ALL THE SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSES & EPISODES
COURSE #1: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR BEGINNERS
WEEK ONE: AWAKEN YOUR INNER ENERGY AND ENJOY INNER SILENCE
DAY 1 (EPISODE #1): EXPERIENCE THE SILENCE WITHIN
We will experience the awakening of a divine mothering energy within us that gently takes us into a state of silence.
“Meditation is such a soothing thing, such a beautiful way of connection with the Divine, that all your problems get solved in that meditative mood.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 2 (EPISODE #2): EXPAND THE SILENCE OF MEDITATION
Learn how to calm your attention, reduce your thoughts, and increase your enjoyment of inner silence.
“Like a wheel which is moving, if your attention is on the wheel, on the periphery, then your mind is all the time moving. But if you jump on the axis of the wheel, it is silent.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 3 (EPISODE #3): INNER PEACE AND SILENCE
Our attention can move into the past, or future, or be stable, quiet, and settled in the present. In a state of balance, we are able to surmount inner and outer obstacles to becoming our true selves.
“The Spirit will shine on an attention which is steady. Steady it. By balancing you bring a steadiness to it. Balance your thoughts, balance your eyes, balance your desires.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 4 (EPISODE #4): WE ARE ALL SO BEAUTIFULLY MADE
Our attention can move into the past or the future, making it a challenge to meditate. We will learn about the three energy channels, and how to balance them so that we can be in the present, and on the path to our spiritual ascent.
“You are an instrument most beautifully made, absolutely so beautifully made that once you discover it, you will be amazed as to what you are.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 5 (EPISODE #5): INNER TRANSFORMATION THROUGH MEDITATION
We discuss the innate qualities of the subtle energy centers (chakras) within us. We will learn how we can imbibe these qualities in our daily lives through Sahaja Yoga meditation.
“The first thing should be to watch yourself, that you are not reacting but you are experiencing and enjoying the silence, the subtleties, the beauty, the glory of your being.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 6 (EPISODE #6): USING NATURAL ELEMENTS
In Sahaja Yoga we use the natural elements of water, earth, fire, ether, and air to deepen our meditation. The foot soaking technique helps us clear our subtle system and increases our enjoyment of the meditation.
“Only in meditation you are in the present and you grow in your spirituality.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 7 (EPISODE #7): WHAT ARE YOU FEELING?
We will steady our attention and learn to identify and clear out the imbalances affecting our subtle being. Gradually, we’ll go deeper into our own subtlety, silence, and self-knowledge.
“Your hands start feeling the cool breeze. They start feeling the chakras of yourself and chakras of other people. With your hands you can raise the Kundalini, with your hands you can give realization. These hands become powerful things.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
WEEK TWO: SPIRITUAL ASCENT AND THE CHAKRAS
DAY 8 (EPISODE #8): COOLING DOWN THE RIGHT CHANNEL WITH ICE
We will demonstrate the cooling effect of ice to steady our attention and make us less reactive.
“All this temper becomes so cool and so beautiful. It’s very surprising. A very dynamic person becomes extremely compassionate.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 9 (EPISODE #9): CLEARING THE LEFT CHANNEL – INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP DAY
When our left channel clears out, we can feel how much we are loved by the Divine.
“Freedom must have wisdom behind it. So both the sides, the movements on both the sides, are wrong. So what is all right? In the center. Is not to get conditioned by anything and not to be ego-oriented.“ — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 10 (EPISODE #10): I AM MY OWN MASTER
We become our own gurus through the daily practice of Sahaja Yoga. We stop arguing with ourselves. We accept and follow our own inner guidance. We leave behind all extreme behavior, whether it’s over-indulgence or over-strictness.
“You have to be your own guru means you have to guide yourself. You have to treat yourself as your disciple and you have to trim yourself.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 11 (EPISODE #11): RESTORING OUR CHILDLIKE INNOCENCE
We will focus on the first energy center, the Mooladhara Chakra. In Sanskrit, “Mooladhara” means support of the root. This chakra is the base of the subtle system. Its innate qualities are purity, innocence, joy, and wisdom.
“This innocence never gets destroyed because it is eternal, but it may happen that it will get covered with some clouds by our mistakes that we commit. But once you get your Realization, your innocence is re-established, manifests, and you become innocent.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 12 (EPISODE #12): CONNECTING OUR PURE DESIRE TO ASCEND
Swadhishthana, the second chakra, is the center of creativity, pure knowledge, pure desire and pure attention. The power of pure desire within us guides our spiritual journey. Opening this chakra helps us to let go of our need to control, so we can allow the divine power to work things out.
“Thinking, thinking thinking, planning, planning, planning, planning, running. Ultimately the whole joy has disappeared.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 13 (EPISODE #13): FEELING CONTENDED IN OUR DAILY LIVES
The third chakra, the Nabhi, is where our seeking for spiritual evolution originates. When this chakra clears, we experience our own divine qualities of satisfaction, generosity and peace.
“There can be no peace in the world until there is peace within.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 14 (EPISODE #14): UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Let’s collectively open our Heart Chakra so we can feel our innate qualities of love, compassion, security and fearlessness.
“You become the source of joy, not that you only receive the joy but you become the source of joy, the source of bliss and the source of peace. Wherever such a person goes, it just soothes.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
WEEK THREE: THOUGHTLESS AWARENESS THROUGH MEDITATION
DAY 15 (EPISODE #15): WATCH WITHOUT REACTING
We will put our attention on the Vishuddhi Chakra to strengthen our sense of self-respect and respect for others. The power of this chakra also helps us to be a detached witness of the drama of life.
“The detachment takes place because you become one with the Spirit which is not attached, which gives you that light, that detachment from where you can see the whole thing just as a drama going on.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 16 (EPISODE #16): FORGIVENESS
To open the Agnya Chakra, let’s learn to forgive. This clears the subtle pathway to be connected to the all-pervading power of the Divine.
“When you forgive a person, what do you do? You accept the situation, to begin with, and secondly you forgive what you think has been done wrong to you. But because nothing can be done wrong to your Spirit, you just forgive because you are the Spirit.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 17 (EPISODE #17): INTEGRATION
At Sahasrara we can let go of all our worries, opinions, and frustrations. We can offer them to the silence above the top of the head. This is where our attention joins the universal, Divine attention.
“Sahaja Yoga is like building first the pinnacle of the building, and then the foundation. Opening your Sahasrara was the first thing that was achieved. And then in the light of Sahasrara you have to watch yourself and see for yourself.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 18 (EPISODE #18): MEDITATION IS A STATE OF MENTAL SILENCE
We enhance the experience of meditation by going deeper into the silence within us. Discover the power of a mantra, or prayer in Sanskrit, to clear our chakras and strengthen the state of meditation.
“Meditation is the only way you can enrich yourself with the beauty of reality. There’s no other way. I cannot find any other way but meditation by which you rise into the realm of divinity.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 19 (EPISODE #19): GOING BEYOND THE MIND
We will sustain longer periods of silence using the techniques learned so far.
“If you can achieve that point, where you watch everything without reacting, you are in reality. And then only the penetration into the subtleties of your surroundings, of your relationships, your friendships —the whole universe — dawns upon you.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 20 (EPISODE #20): PROLONGING THE STATE OF THOUGHTLESS AWARENESS
Our focus will be on taking full advantage of our self-realization by going deeper into the meditative state. We’ll explore the power of music to sustain complete inner silence.
“Now this happening of achieving thoughtless awareness is very simple and easy. But to maintain that point is difficult. We still react and we think. Anything you see, you react. To get to that point in thoughtless awareness is first to change your attention…. Try to witness everything…. You start enjoying everything that is there. Even a small blade of grass you can enjoy.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 21 (EPISODE #21): THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING
In our last session of this series for beginners, we integrate all that we have learned. We look within ourselves and see how much we have grown in our awareness.
“If you can go into meditative mood, you are in contact with this Divine Power. Then whatever is good for you, whatever is good for your society, for your country, all is done by this Divine Power…. Just if you meditate you are one with this Divine Power.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
The above DAY 21 (EPISODE #21) is the last session of “COURSE #1: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR BEGINNERS”.
At this stage try to integrate all that you have learned and experienced so far, and look within yourself and see how you have grown in your awareness.
If you feel you are ready to move further, you can proceed to the next SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE AND EPISODES below.
COURSE #2: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR GOING DEEPER
DAY 22 (EPISODE #22): ESTABLISHING YOUR SELF REALISATION
We will meditate on our central channel, asking our Kundalini to take us into the silence of the present moment and help us to transform from within.
“Meditation is the only way you can grow.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 23 (EPISODE #23): OVERCOMING OUR FEARS
We get entangled in the challenges we face when we are not able to stand back and watch them. In the state of thoughtless awareness we don’t get drowned in life’s problems.
“If you are standing in the sea and it is turbulent, you see the waves rising higher and higher — you’re frightened. But supposing you can get into a boat, then you can watch the same scene with such attention and with enjoyment because you know it cannot hurt you.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 24 (EPISODE #24): GETTING THINGS DONE WITHOUT EFFORT
When our right channel clears out, we realize that we can rely on the Divine energy to take care of all our problems.
“Develop that dignity and that love and that understanding, that etiquette of a divine person, that sweetness, that gentleness of a divine person.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 25 (EPISODE #25): THE POWER OF CHILDLIKE INNOCENCE
When we connect with the subtle power of innocence within us, we begin to see the obstacles in our path fall away.
“An innocent person is really like a magnet and it attracts, he attracts, the people towards himself, just like a flower attracts a bee towards itself.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 26 (EPISODE #26): KUNDALINI – THE MOTHERING ENERGY
The Kundalini is the pure desire within us to ascend. She nourishes, purifies, and enlightens our divine qualities.
“This power is your own. She’s actually your mother, individual mother and She has got everything recorded about you within Herself and She is your own energy. She has to just rise and get you connected with this all-pervading power, then you realize how great you are.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 27 (EPISODE #27): PURE INSPIRATION
When desire and attention are purified, inspiration strikes!
“Once you are in thoughtlessness, you will get all inspirations, all powers.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 28 (EPISODE #28): WHERE IS YOUR ATTENTION
When your attention is enlightened, it becomes powerful.
“This is the miracle — that human beings have turned their attention to their spirit. Then you are amazed how things work out.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 29 (EPISODE #29): PEACE AND WELL BEING COME FROM WITHIN
Satisfaction comes from your Spirit
“One cannot enjoy anything until he achieves contentment.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 30 (EPISODE #30): THE DIGNITY OF A GURU
As we clear our Void, the area of our guru principle, we become empowered to act in a moral and dignified way.
“Eyes should be steady. When you look at somebody steadily you should know that you have got Sahaja Yoga in you, with love, with respect, with dignity.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 31 (EPISODE #31): FACE YOURSELF
Sahaja Yoga enlightens our brain. That empowers us to escape from all the ways we avoid facing reality and avoid correcting ourselves.
“Progress comes when you put your step forward, you put your foot firmly on that point and then put the second step forward, like as you climb on a mountain.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 32 (EPISODE #32): THE LIGHT OF THE SPIRIT
Before realization, we live in a world of confusion. After we receive the awakening of our Kundalini, the light of the Spirit shows us the absolute truth, which we feel in our hands as a cool breeze.
“This is what is Self-realization – you become just the master. You don’t have to consult anyone. You know it. You have to just consult your Spirit through your vibratory awareness, and you know it.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 33 (EPISODE #33): HAVE CONFIDENCE IN YOUR NEW AWARENESS
In Sahaja Yoga we awaken the divine qualities of the Heart chakra. In the Left Heart we awaken love and compassion, in the Center Heart we develop our sense of security and inner strength, and in the Right Heart the sense of responsibility.
“You can gradually experience. With the experience, try to put the experience in your heart, and have faith in that experience. What were you? What have you become now?” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 34 (EPISODE #34): INNER PEACE AND WORLD PEACE
Inner peace is the foundation of world peace. Through the enlightenment of our awareness and the opening of our heart, our inner calm creates harmony with others, no matter their country or culture. True peace prevails, long standing wounds heal and we have a hope of saving the planet.
“Peace can be only achieved by establishing peace in the hearts of the people.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 35 (EPISODE #35): GUILT ROBS US OF OUR ENERGY
Guilt is a way to judge ourselves and keep repeating our mistakes. When the left Vishuddhi is clear, we are able to see ourselves with compassion and correct ourselves.
“We have to be pleasantly placed towards ourselves. We have to respect ourselves. We have to be happy about ourselves. This is the first thing – is not to feel guilty about anything. Just believe that you have done nothing wrong which cannot be dissolved by this great power of forgiveness.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 36 (EPISODE #36): THE POWER OF SPEECH TO GIVE LOVE TO OTHERS
We can use our voice to dominate and hurt others, or to soothe and comfort others. In a meditative state, we don’t react with anger or criticism, but we elevate and inspire with our words and deeds.
“Diplomacy is not convincing anybody with intellect or by temper or anything but it is to melt away another person by your goodness, by your good words, by your sweet words, by your forgiving nature.”– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 37 (EPISODE #37): RESPECT YOUR SELF REALISATION
Even though getting our self realization is effortless, we can only grow in our awareness and knowledge if we practice Sahaja Yoga every day.
“It should be your own — that you should be able to manoeuvre yourself, you should be able to handle it yourself, should be your own power which should express it. I just cannot say, ‘Alright, done. Now you are a member of Sahaja Yoga.’” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 38 (EPISODE #38): SHRI MATAJI’S BIRTHDAY – 100TH ANNIVERSARY
Our Refuge:
At Sahasrara our ignorance and confusion is transformed into pure understanding and knowledge. No longer separate and isolated, our individual attention joins the collective attention — the Divine attention. We rise above all the limitations of our human awareness. The culmination of our seeking, at Sahasrara we are comforted and redeemed.
“Unless and until your Sahasrara is open, all the blessings of the Divine Power cannot come to you.”– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 39 (EPISODE #39): THE NARROW GATE
The ‘balloons’ of ego and superego, the culmination of all our attention on the future and the past, prevent the Kundalini from reaching Sahasrara. As our Agnya chakra clears, these balloons are reduced, allowing us to get above our thoughts at Sahasrara. When we are completely silent — without thought — we are in reality.
“Kundalini, when she reaches the Agnya Chakra and when She opens Agnya chakra, then you can be in thoughtless awareness. Then you don’t think – thinking just stops. You watch everything, just watch, but you do not get involved into what you are watching. You just watch and that watching itself gives you the growth within.”– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 40 (EPISODE #40): EMERGING FROM OUR SHELL
A bird is “born twice.” First it is born as an egg, bound by the shell, and at the right time it breaks free. We are like the egg before Realization, and like the bird after Realization.
“Our ego and superego makes us an egg. We are like a shell. It has to be there, to have our I-ness; to have our freedom to choose between right and wrong. And then when we mature the Mother can break the shell and you become a second person, the person who is twice born. This is what is really baptism.”– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 41 (EPISODE #41): COLLECTIVITY
We can enjoy true collectivity if we know how to balance ourselves and use compassion and wisdom in our relationships.
“After you get your realization you enter into a new awareness of collectivity. You become the collective consciousness.”– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 42 (EPISODE #42): DIVINE SOUNDS OF THE CHAKRAS
We will clear our upper chakras and then have a session of “bija mantras.” Bīja means ‘seed’ and bīja mantras are single syllable sounds which resonate with the divine qualities of our chakras to clear them.
“Sanskrit has come out of Kundalinî’s movement when She makes a sound. All was recorded by the great saints and like that every chakra has got vowels and consonants according to the number of sub-plexuses they have — you can say petals they have — and all of them make the alphabets of Sanskrit language.”– Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
The above DAY 42 (EPISODE #42) is the last session of “COURSE #2: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR GOING DEEPER”.
At this stage try to integrate all that you have learned and experienced so far, and look within yourself and see how you have grown in your awareness.
If you feel you are ready to move further, you can proceed to the next SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE AND EPISODES below.
COURSE #3: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR YOUR JOURNEY WITHIN
DAY 43 (EPISODE #43): THE CENTRAL PATH OF TRANSFORMATION
Our evolution so far has brought us to great heights of creativity and technology. When our central channel is enlightened and the Sahasrara is open, we continue to evolve and realize our full potential.
“In our evolution, whatever we have achieved has come in our awareness. That means it should become a part and parcel of our awareness. Like, as I can see you, I can feel you, in the same way you should be able to see. And through that light we should be able to explain each and every thing.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 44 (EPISODE #44): OVERCOMING LETHARGY
We’ll work on clearing our left channel to remove the heaviness that keeps us stuck and unable to enjoy the present.
“On the moon line if you go too far it can be destructive. Because if you sit in the house doing nothing… then you start thinking too much, and this thinking is just the desire energy working out, no action.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 45 (EPISODE #45): DEVELOPING DYNAMISM
We will practice techniques to clear the right channel, so that we can accomplish amazing things without inflating our ego.
“The love that I’m talking about, the divine love, makes you not only strong but dynamic. It is the greatest luminous power that we can think of…. The dynamic power of love can transcend all the evil powers of the world.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 46 (EPISODE #46): INTRODUCTION TO MANTRAS
Mantras are used in Sahaja Yoga to cleanse the chakras and establish their Divine qualities. Most mantras are recited in Sanskrit, a deeply spiritual language.
“You have to have complete faith in yourself and that your Self is nothing but innocence.” – Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 47 (EPISODE #47): REMOVING OBSTACLES
We demonstrate how to remove the obstacles we face in our daily lives and in our personal growth.
“All those things or obstacles which block or stop you from reaching your depth should be removed by loving yourself, by watching yourself, and by understanding that I have this problem within. I have to remove this problem.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 48 (EPISODE #48): PURE KNOWLEDGE
Pure knowledge is connected to our own self-awareness and subjective experiences after we receive our self realization. These experiences clarify and correct whatever we learn through books, discussion and analysis.
“In our evolution, whatever we have achieved has come in our awareness. Like, as I can see you, I can feel you, in the same way you should be able to see. And through that light we should be able to explain each and every thing.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 49 (EPISODE #49): THE OPENING OF THE SAHASRARA
The tradition of yoga was one disciple and one teacher, and a lifetime of cleansing to awaken each chakra. Shri Mataji, by opening the Sahasrara chakra, made it possible for millions of people to effortlessly achieve their self-realization.
“As soon as the Kundalini enters into the limbic area, she soothes it and it opens, like a lotus, thousand-petalled lotus. It opens and then the Kundalini emerges out of your fontanelle bone area and gets connected to the all-pervading power.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 50 (EPISODE #50): GENEROSITY
When the Nabhi chakra is clear, we feel complete contentment. Then we don’t need to cling to material objects to feel fulfilled. We realize the true value of things is in giving them to people as expressions of our love.
“Somebody likes a particular thing – you go all the way to get it and give that small thing, very small thing, to the person and the joy, not out of the money that you have spent, but the feelings you have expressed of knowing what that person would love.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 51 (EPISODE #51): FINDING PEACE AND QUIET INSIDE OURSELVES
The world of work and the world created by the media distracts us from the peace that is within ourselves. Today we will go deep into meditation, free of thoughts and reactions.
“You don’t have to worry for anything, don’t have to think about anything, you don’t have to plan about anything. Only thing is, you have to jump into it, just jump into it and know that you have become part and parcel of the reality.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 52 (EPISODE #52): THE WISDOM OF THE ADI GURUS IS WITHIN US
In Sahaja Yoga Meditation, ten aspects of the guru are awakened in the Void. In meditation, we discover the wisdom of great sages is within us.
“Your dharma is the way your attention is.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 53 (EPISODE #53): EXPRESSING OUR GRATITUDE TO OUR MOTHER
As new-borns, we rely entirely on the sustenance and protection of our mother. As adults, we appreciate the encouragement, correction, and support of our mother. We are nurtured by these mothering qualities in our spiritual growth as well.
“This Kundalini is the motherhood within you.… It’s a quality, is a type, a personality.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 54 (EPISODE #54): ENLIGHTENED ARTISTS
Let’s enjoy the cool vibrations we feel when we hear the words of great realized poets and writers.
“Whatever is really beautiful gives you vibrations and that’s how you know that these are the things that are eternal. Like some composers like Mozart, who was a Realized Soul, but so many poets are Realized Souls.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 55 (EPISODE #55): BECOMING FEARLESS
As we strengthen our divine qualities, nothing can pull us off balance. Nothing can tempt us, and nothing can dominate us.
“You get rid of all your fear, but you do not dominate anyone. You love. In your love you are secure. It is not by domination but the security that you are love, you are compassion.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 56 (EPISODE #56): THE BREAKTHROUGH
We have received our self-realization through Sahaja Yoga. We can now experience an internal transformation that comes with this breakthrough when we honor and maintain it through meditation.
“We are seekers of truth, and we are seekers of peace within, silence within, the love within, and that power that gives you, empowers you, to love others.”— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 57 (EPISODE #57): SPEAKING WITH A CLEAR VISHUDDHI CHAKRA
When our fifth center is clear, our speech reflects our love and compassion.
“What is the essence of this diplomacy? It is benevolence. You have to achieve the benevolence of the whole humanity.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 58 (EPISODE #58): SHRI BUDDHA
Buddha means the one who is enlightened. We will meditate on the teachings of Buddha and focus on the Right Agnya chakra where the divine principles of his teachings become enlightened within us.
“When Buddha was tired, finished… then he got his realization. When you stop your efforts then only you will get your realization.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 59 (EPISODE #59): SMALL VICTORIES
For some people, dramatic changes happen quickly when they start practicing Sahaja Yoga. For many of us, however, improvements in our meditation and daily life come in small steps. Let’s celebrate every small step!
“Only from your heart you have to feel it, that you have to mature into it, you have to come up to it. Once you put your heart to it everything will work out because the whole force is coming from your heart, because in the heart resides the Spirit.”— Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 60 (EPISODE #60): ATTENTION AND EFFORTLESS MEDITATION
We will learn the importance of effortlessness as it relates to getting into the state of meditation by letting the subtle energy guide our attention to the Sahasrara.
“We are very powerful people, but if we fritter away our attention we become very, very weak people.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 61 (EPISODE #61): FROM AGNYA TO SAHASRARA
It’s easy to get stuck in our Agnya chakra, distracted by thoughts and fighting with our own ego. We will focus on opening the pathway from Agnya to Sahasrara with guided meditation.
“This ego cannot take away our joy. Anywhere such idea just comes into your head, tell them, ‘Now Mister Ego, I know you very well.’ In the light of Buddha you can see your ego very clearly.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 62 (EPISODE #62): CLEARING OUR CHAKRAS AND GETTING TO SILENCE
Today we collectively balance our left and right sides and remove blockages in our chakras. This enhances our enjoyment of collective meditation.
“We are here to become those unique personalities which are required to raise the humanity to a higher state. So you have to be now responsible for yourself. You have to look after yourself.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 63 (EPISODE #63): THE ELEMENTS AND NATURE
We will explore our subtle relationship to nature and how the natural elements can help us clear our chakras.
“In Sahaja Yoga it’s one of the biggest mantras for all the Western people. They should all the time say to all the trees, all the nature around: “I am not guilty.” Your ecological problem will improve because then you won’t do wrong things to spoil your ecology.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
The above DAY 63 (EPISODE #63) is the last session of COURSE #3: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR YOUR JOURNEY WITHIN
At this stage try to integrate all that you have learned and look within yourself and see how much you have grown in your awareness.

COURSE #4: THE 21 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR DEEPENING THE SILENCE WITHIN
DAY 64 (EPISODE #64): EXTENDING THE SILENCE
A new goal of this 21 Day session is to sustain longer periods of silence at Sahasrara. Our true spiritual growth takes place in a state of absolute silence.
“You become absolutely peaceful. Like a wheel is moving, and you are disturbed when you are on the wheel. But on the axis, you are absolutely silent.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 65 (EPISODE #65): KUNDALINI IS OUR INDIVIDUAL MOTHER
During our meditation today we will focus on the purity and power of our Kundalini to help us sustain a state of silence.
“She gives us a second birth because she understands everything. She knows everything. She organizes everything. She brings forth all the beauty that you are.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 66 (EPISODE #66): DEVELOPING PATIENCE
When we feel that something isn’t moving as quickly as we want it to, we often become impatient. When we have moments of “waiting,” let’s not only accept them, but see how they give us opportunities to expand and sustain our state of meditation.
“Have patience with yourself as I have with you. You have to have patience.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 67 (EPISODE #67): INNOCENCE IS NEVER LOST
Today we begin meditating on the first of the four petals of the Mooladhara Chakra. Innocence, balance and harmony are essential qualities of the first petal.
“Innocence is eternal, it’s never lost. Of course there are some clouds on it. But with the awakening of the Kundalini, your innocence is established.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 68 (EPISODE #68): HAVING CONFIDENCE IN THE DIVINITY WITHIN US
Today we meditate on the second of the four petals of the Mooladhara Chakra. Humble confidence, self-mastery, and victory over distractions and negativity are qualities of the second petal.

DAY 69 (EPISODE #69): INNATE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH
Today we meditate on the third petal of the Mooladhara Chakra. Truth, humility to the Divine, wisdom, and knowledge are qualities of the third petal.
“The little cell at the tip of the root of a tree is so wise to avoid whatever is hard and to take to whatever is soft, and to embed the tree into the soil. It has that innate wisdom with which we also are endowed.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 70 (EPISODE #70): THE EMBODIMENT OF DHARMA
Today we meditate on the fourth petal of the Mooladhara Chakra. Virtuous behavior, fearlessness, and collective consciousness are qualities of the fourth petal.
“Move with a balance, with a witness state, and see for yourself how far you should go and how far you should not go.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga
DAY 71 (EPISODE #71): SHORT MANTRAS
Sometimes our Kundalini is stopped by a blockage in a chakra, and we cannot fully enjoy the state of meditation. We can assist the movement of our Kundalini by saying from our heart a Sanskrit syllable or phrase, such as “AUM.”
“What you have to know: where the Kundalini is, how it is moving, where it is, what is the chakra catching and what is the mantra for that.” — Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, founder of Sahaja Yoga

The above DAY 108 (EPISODE #108) is the last session of COURSE #5: “THE 24 DAY SAHAJA YOGA INTENSIVE MEDITATION COURSE FOR HOW TO EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF THE SPIRIT”
At this stage try to integrate all that you have learned and look within yourself and see how much you have grown in your awareness.
We sincerely hope that you have enjoyed participating in the courses, and that it will inspire you to continue your journey to ‘the point of no return’ as Nathan describes it, where you will enjoy peace, joy and bliss for evermore, as well as look decades younger than you actually are!
Nathan has also highly recommended the following:
3. Get to a local meeting to meet, associate and learn from regular practitioners (again as mentioned before, everything (including the local meetings) is always free. The founder has emphasised that being regularly present at a local meeting is a collective activity which is one of the most important pillars to establishing your Self Realisation, going deeper and reaping the tremendous benefits it has to offer you).
Click this link to find a meeting anywhere in the world. If there’s no meeting in your immediate area, then continue meditating online until you are able to get to a national or international event.
Alternatively, choose any episode of any of the courses and participate as if it were live, including the meditation and exerpt of the lecture given by the founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
Alternatively as a final course of action, if you cannot find or there is no local meeting where you are, here is just one of the many online sites, that we recommend, where you can meditate online: WeMeditate.com
You can also learn other aspects of Sahaja Yoga on the WeMeditate.com site by navigating the links.
4. If you’ve taken the opportunity to get to a local meeting ‘buddy’ up with practitioners from the meeting who have been meditating for some time or who consider themselves as ‘established’ in this meditation.
Once again welcome and we hope to meet you in person someday, and we are looking forward to hearing about your personal experience and maybe offer some advice if you need it.
