Welcome back. On this page, as part of the comprehensive process  that we have put together to allow you to fully understand every aspect of this Powerful Divine Gift which is incomparable to anything else you have ever seen, we are inviting  you to watch a 7-part preliminary video series called:

“SENTIENT EVOLUTION – EXPLORING NEUROSPIRITUALITY”

You will learn about your subtle Neuroanatomy – a convergence of ancient knowledge and today’s modern science.

And get ready to embark on a transformative journey at the crossroads of neuroscience and ancient spiritual wisdom.

The 7-part video series below uncovers the deep connections between neuroanatomy, sacred texts, and the spiritual science of the subtle system — chakras (energy centers) and nadis (channels) — as revealed by the founder of this meditation.

(Acknowledgement to the practitioner who created the original video content.)

At the end of each video for the guided meditation part, if you wish to have  a stronger experience you may do the following (if you feel comfortable):

1. Take your shoes off

2. Sit on a chair comfortably with both feet apart from one another on the floor in order to allow the beneficial vibrations of Mother Earth to penetrate into your inner subtle being, thereby dissipating negativity that may be within you which can allow you to have a stronger experience.

3. Place both your hands on your lap palms facing upward to begin with

4. If you are not comfortable doing any of the above, don’t be too concerned. It will be just fine if you sat on your chair and simply followed the instructions in the video.

5. Most of all enjoy it – without thinking if you can…

MAKE SURE THE VOLUME ON YOUR SPEAKERS IS TURNED UP, AND/OR YOU HAVE YOUR HEADPHONES ON, AND PRESS PLAY TO WATCH EACH VIDEO BELOW…

EPISODE #0: TRAILER

We hope you enjoyed the 7-part video series above.

Of course you can bookmark this page and come back to it anytime afterwards to re-watch any of them.

If you are serious about transforming every sphere of your life for the better, whether it’s your professional or private life, Nathan highly recommends the “Sahaja Yoga Intensive Meditation Courses” which follows, as your next step in your academic education about this unique and transformational meditation practice.

The presenters of these courses are Sahaja Yoga Meditation practitioners for many, many years (some for even several decades) and are very experienced.

Since Sahaja Yoga is always free they are all volunteers giving up their time out of unconditional love, compassion and devotion simply because they feel immense gratitude for how Sahaja Yoga Meditation has dramatically transformed their lives and filled it with joy, peace, satisfaction, dynamism and much, much more.

Now they want to help others achieve the same results, which gives them a real sense of purpose for achieving positive change in the world we all live in.

In these intensive courses, you’ll be guided to attain new levels of self-knowledge and life-changing transformative experiences with Sahaja Yoga Meditation.

Over the coming days and weeks, newcomers and regulars will learn how to meditate and reach a state of inner silence.

Nathan has also highly recommended the following:

1. Meditate regularly for at least 10 minutes twice a day (first thing in the morning and last thing at night).

2. Do a foot-soak every evening to clear out negativity that you may have absorbed during the course of your day, as well as in your entire life. (You will learn how to perform this technique, and many other techniques for clearing out the negativity within your inner subtle system that is holding you down and preventing you from realising your true potential, in the courses that follow.)

3. Get to a local meeting to meet, associate and learn from regular practitioners (again as mentioned before, everything (including the local meetings) is always free. The founder has emphasised that being regularly present at a local meeting is a collective activity which is one of the most important pillars to establishing your Self Realisation, going deeper and reaping the tremendous benefits it has to offer you).

Click this link to find a meeting anywhere in the world. If there’s no meeting in your immediate area, then continue meditating online until you are able to get to a national or international event.

Alternatively, choose any episode of any of the courses and participate as if it were live, including the meditation and exerpt of the lecture given by the founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.

Alternatively as a final course of action, if you cannot find or there is no local meeting where you are, here is just one of the many online sites, that we recommend, where you can meditate online: WeMeditate.com

You can also learn other aspects of Sahaja Yoga on the WeMeditate.com site by navigating the links.

4. If you’ve taken the opportunity to get to a local meeting ‘buddy’ up with practitioners from the meeting who have been meditating for some time or who consider themselves as ‘established’ in this meditation. You will usually find them very friendly, accommodating and will be more than willing to help you on your journey or with any information that you need at any time. Just do not hesitate to ask them.

Most of all ‘stick with it’ simply because Sahaja Yoga Meditation is truly transformational if you are patient, consistent and give it time to work.

Once again welcome and we hope to meet you in person someday, and we are looking forward to hearing about your personal experience and maybe offer some advice if you need it.

If you haven’t shared this opportunity with your family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances yet, click the big yellow button below to go back to page #1, where you can share it using the share buttons on the page. Or you can share the page by any other means you wish, just as long as you ensure that every one of them gets a chance to transform their life for the better in every way if they want to. At least you’ll be offering them the opportunity to try it for themselves and since it’s free, they’ll have nothing to lose and everything to gain, right?

IMPORTANT: Please only share Page #1 (JLARK.TV). Thank you!
